Please note –The Green Vegan is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect shipping address. Please ensure you have the entered the correct shipping address during checkout!

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the UK.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 if selected at checkout. Royal Mail deliveries are Monday to Saturday and aim to deliver in two to three working days. ​ The Tracked 24 service is next working day, Monday to Saturday.

We accept payments through ShopPay, Stripe, Amazon Pay and Klarna Pay Later. Card accepted are Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, and all major debit or credit cards.

Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days after you place an order, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail deliveries are Monday to Saturday and aim to deliver in two to three working days.

To track your order, log in to your account on our website. From your account dashboard, you can view and track your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and more. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier and tracking number details.

Please note, once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable and eco-friendly. Our bags are made from eco-friendly, carbon-neutral polythene and are fully recyclable and 95% renewable. Please reuse or recycle where possible.
