    Please store your vegan shawarma in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

    Once steamed, leave your vegan shawarma to cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight.
