How to make vegan chicken sausage
Follow these 5 easy steps to create vegan plant based chicken sausage:
PLANT NOT CHICKEN SAUSAGE
1. Boil 250ml of water and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

2. Add the water to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture pulls away from the bowl.

3. Place the dough onto a surface and knead for 2 minutes until combined then form into 8 sausage shapes.

4. Wrap them with foil, twisting the ends, and steam on medium- high for 25 minutes. Turn halfway through.

5. Remove from the heat and unwrap the foil. Leave to cool completely.

Now dig in and enjoy your plant based chicken sausage!
Why not try on a full English breakfast, with mash and gravy, or on a sandwich with brown sauce or ketchup!
