How to make vegan Duck
Follow these 5 easy steps to create your vegan plant based Duck:
PLANT NOT DUCK
1. Boil 250ml of water and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

2. Add the water to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture pulls away from the bowl.

3. Place the dough onto a surface and knead for 2 minutes until combined then break into 4 pieces and form into fillet shapes.

4. Wrap them with foil and steam on medium- high for 20 minutes. Turn halfway through.

5. Remove from the heat and unwrap the foil. Leave to cool completely.

Now dig in and enjoy your plant based duck!
