How to make vegan Pepperoni
Follow these 5 easy steps to create vegan plant based Pepperoni:

1. Boil 250ml of water and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

2. Add the water to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture pulls away from the bowl.

3. Place the dough onto a surface and knead for 2 minutes until combined and form into 2 large sausage shapes.

4. Wrap them with foil, twisting the ends, and steam on medium- high for 30 minutes.

5. Remove from the heat and unwrap the foil. Leave to cool completely.

Now dig in and enjoy your plant based pepperoni!
